Hanukkah Hot Chocolate Balls

These Hanukkah Hot Chocolate Balls are a fun and delicious activity for Hanukkah!
You'll need:
- Semi-circle silicone molds
- Blue & white chocolate candy melts
- White hot chocolate mix
- Mini marshmallows
- Blue and white sprinkles (optional)
- Toothpicks (for decorating)
- Milk
1) Melt about 1 cup of blue candy melts in the microwave. Start with 30-second bursts, then switch to 15-second intervals.
2) Stir chocolate until silky smooth.
3) Spoon the melted blue chocolate into the semi-circle molds, making sure to coat the sides all the way up to the rim.
4) Let the chocolate harden completely. Once set, gently pop each shell out of the mold.
5) Fill one half with 1 teaspoon of white hot chocolate mix, 6 to 8 mini marshmallows, and blue and white sprinkles.
6) Warm a plate in the microwave. Flip an empty chocolate half onto the warm plate to gently melt its edges.
7) Press the warmed half onto the filled half to seal them together into a perfect Hanukkah hot chocolate ball.
8) Melt a handful of white candy melts (same method as step 1).
9) Dip a toothpick into the melted white chocolate and “paint” your favorite Hanukkah symbol on the outside.
10) Allow your design to dry completely.
11) Heat 1 cup of milk (about 1 minute and 30 seconds).
12) Gently drop your Hanukkah hot chocolate ball into the warm milk…watch it sway and then pop open!
13) Stir, sip, and enjoy. Happy Hanukkah!
